Condo Description
Brand New!
All but the shell of the condo was destroyed by Hurricane Charley in 2004. We rebuilt and decorated from scratch, and took the opportunity to make it even more beautiful and functional, opening up the kitchen and adding a washer/dryer and walk-in shower. Those of you who visited in the past will be happy to see that we were able to save the artwork, and even added new pieces!
Amenities
Our bright and spacious one-bedroom condo is on the second floor, with an unobstructed view of the gulf.
Feel free to use our two adult bicycles.
You'll have 670 square feet. It sleeps four, having a wonderfully comfortable Restonic king-size bed in the bedroom, and a high-quality queen sleeper-sofa in the living room.
The kitchen is fully-equipped for gourmet cooking.
All linens and towels are included.
For your electronic entertainment, our condo includes:

- 2 VCRs
- DVD player
- Stereo with a 5 CD changer
- A "hot-spot" provides free wi-fi internet access
Condo Complex Amenities
Our condo is in the Sanibel Arms Condominium complex.
Amenities include:

- Boat docking and fish cleaning facilities
- Plenty of parking.
Location
Our condo is directly on the beach, facing south, into the gulf, about a mile from the lighthouse. It is less than a mile from the causeway.
